I bought a blackberry curve in 2007 because every kid had it and it was all about blackberry messenger because whatsapp wasn't all that yet.
With the rise of whatsapp i've literally seen every blackberry ever disappear from the face of the earth, the only times I see that phone is when there's some show about business man.

They're great productivity phones. Sending emails, texting, looking at spreadsheets, documents, browsing the web, etc.

I just want to know why they don't have the cursor. The cursor is simply the best way to interact with just an electronic device, even the touchscreen ones because, okay, touchscreen is very helpful and provides a lot of ways to interact when you want to do it quickly without having to worry about the position of the cursor, but cursor is more accurate, it's also Faster. the best possible combination of phone is having both the touchscreen and the cursor button disabled decided not fuck that we're just going to be using touchscreen which makes no fucking sense, that's not blackberry

I gave up my q10 for an LG g3. I try to go back sometimes because I miss the keyboard but now the q10 display looks horrible and blurry to me because of being so low res.
I'm pretty sure there will never be another major update to bb10. I'd rather have something with q10 form factor, higher res screen, that runs Android than the priv.

A passport with a trackpad like controls with cursors and actual gestures and a better window handler (and the ability to use apps side by side natively) would be the ultimate phone. Multi-windows in a single screen is the only true way for productivity. Also, the old screen tab was great so they should add that, allow again people to download maps because blackberry insist on not getting maps of everywhere on their own, make the assistant be integrated into the OS, and add more ricing capabilities. Maybe even sell APK through BlackBerry world.

They'd probably add more uses for it in next releases of the OS if it wasn't dying (provided that they'd make more phones with touchpads)
