It's 2016. What are you downloading from the web onto your phone? The only thing I can see this being useful for is torrenting and I do that on my desktop where my media is. If I'm away I can remote into my desktop with my phone and have the torrent going in like two minutes.
Why are you using micro SD and local storage? Nigger everything can be put in a cloud storage provider and music is streamed now. Don't want to use data to stream music? All the services let you download for offline playback.
