I tried it for a couple of months because that was was the "only way to communicate" in some group work I had to do.
All people said was irrelevant to the work we did and I since we talked in person almost daily, I just deleted the profile.
I understand why people want to use it if they have something they need to promote, but other than that, I have no reason to use it.
I prefer to talk to people in person or one on one.
