He's right about the Note 5 having the best camera, he's right about the V10 being a total beast, and he's right about the iPhone 6S being the best compact phone out there. It's not the best smartphone of 2015 but it certainly is a huge step up from an itoy. It bends in your pocket and glass around the camera can spontaneously crack but at least it has 3GB of RAM and a 1440p screen.

I wish, the nexus 6P isn't a very durable phone. I know the bends tests was a little extreme and maybe unrealistic but many people have reported that it does in fact bend in your pocket. Though a sturdy case can fix that and anyone who uses their phone without a case is a moron so I guess it's not really an issue.
Oh and I forgot to mention, it has no mSD slot. 200GB mSD cards are on sale for $80 right now and all nexus 6p cucks can do is be salty right now lol.

it looks bigger in pictures for some reason. it's essentially nothing when in hand, and most cases account for it slightly so it ends up being essentially flush. i went with the slimmest case possible and it feels great in hand when normally i'm not a case person.
i've never noticed amoled burn in but i replace my phone after 2 years or so, we'll see how it holds up with the on screen buttons (i was on a galaxy before)
battery isn't much of anything to worry about when you'll get a new phone before it deteriorates to a significant degree. i've had removable batteries in my phones for the last 8 years and only did it once on one device. just not really a concern unless you're planning on a 4 or 5 year stretch on one phone
sdcards are deprecated and worthless these days. i liked it when i was flashing ROMs and shit all the time but I've grown out of that time so it doesn't really benefit compared to just having it on device. with 64gb being so cheap compared to other flagships, what the fuck are you putting on your phone that takes up so much room? good luck doing custom shit with that. For example:
I run a proper media center, so one button on the Harmony turns on 4 devices and launches a program on a computer (Kodi) while setting everything to the right inputs. This same button turns it all off.
It also allows me to:
Control subtitles/audio sources, skip forward/back, pause, mark things as watched, go to Live TV, control my FireTV and all associated features, recording TV, going to a specific channel number, open a web browser, open steam in big picture, open menus in Kodi to delete/add things, filtering and sorting, control basic Windows features like Full Screen or closing an application.. I mean the list is massive an endless that are provided by a proper media center remote that wouldn't be close to possible on a shitty phones IR app, I'm so happy you can channel up and down though! how advanced.
Except you still have to look at the screen. I can do all of this shit in the dark with muscle memory/tactile feedback.
And to top it off you are stuck with having that SHITTY ugly fucking widget on your phone at all times? That's gross. You're gross. IR in phones is shit and a gimmick that no one serious uses.

I have had my 6P for 6 weeks now and it is the best smartphone I have ever owned. The screen is amazing. Battery life is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever had in a phone. Performance is amazing. Android 6 is really, really nice. I prefer it over iOS now. It is really polished and offers some excellent built in features. I love how I can make my phone really personal with Nova Launcher and icon packs, etc. So much nicer to use over iOS. The camera is incredible. The only thing I would like extra is OIS but that isn't a huge deal for me anyway. The finger print reader is lightening fast and just as accurate as my iPhone 6 was. To be honest there isn't anything bad about the phone. It offers so much more over an iPhone it is hard to justify one over a 6P unless you are super ingrained in the iOS world.

Do you realise why so many companies are assemblying their devices in China? Tip: not because China makes those components, but because supply chains are much faster and it's very easy to contract cheap labour fast and scale up or down equally fast. It's not just the cheap labour, the cost of labour in phones is rather small compared to the cost of components and securing a steady supply chain that matches your deadlines and your market expectations.
Would it be possible to have a "closed source" android OS with many settings disabled(can be unlocked at user's discretion but comes factory locked)? I was thinking many normies don't use more than half of the settings on android anyway might as well disable it and make android more snappy. Basically, re-skinned, and heavily modified version of android that sacrifices functionality for increased UI performance and stability. Users still have access to many apps on android market but many(that requires SU or what have you) will be unavailable.

I'm thinking what Apple did to UNIX:minimalist/metro style UI with locked settings(but mine can be unlocked) and add it to a Chinese OEM phone(emphasis on sleek design) and I think i can offer something unique to the android phone market.
