The new Macbook is for looks only. Once you actually sit down to use it you realize the keyboard is terrible, the trackpad doesn't even click, and the SoC is far too weak for the display and lags constantly. Then once you try to plug in a thumb drive you realize it's basically the Chromebook of Apple devices.
I'm normally pretty dismissive of the "le form over function" meme, but the 2015 Macbook is definitely the closest Apple has come. Almost nothing functional about the device is good.
