Difficult to say it is either America in some areas and not all areas of the US or other countries who benefit in part from America's technology.
I would say that for other areas it would be China and Taiwan which are close to each other and in which China uses a fuck ton of Taiwanese labourers for manufacturing and both do benefit from having advance technology.
Both countries manufacturer technology for the US so they benefit greatly too and they have good SMART phones known to be far superior in hardware specifications (at least for a time though) to those in Europe and US that are limited only to East Asia.

India has a lot of people, lots of smart people. Yet just off the top of my head, I couldn't think of anything super cool about india. I mean, they have nukes, quite decent rockets, not good but decent. I'm not aware of any huge companies that are global facing and are based in india. They have plans to build large nuclear reactors.
I think that India will just become a super power and then overnight have all this cool shit. But they are about 10 years behind china at this point, if not more. That being said they have a whole load of different problems.

Germany is the power house of europe, they have a huge amount of solar and wind power, but that's mainly because they shit the bed and didn't follow france's lead with nuclear reactors.
