Download an icon pack, you also need a custom launcher like nova launcher to use icon packs. Best icon packs are Min and Tiny white icon pack

It's because Apple makes a better product, and actually stands behind their app store.
With Google they just let any random twelve year old throw up on his keyboard and submit it as an icon pack. There's no quality control with their shit.
Plus Androidfags are cheap. If it's not bad enough that their phones are half the price of an iPhone, they don't even "save" any money. That's literally their entire budget blown, so they can't afford to pay for any apps. Who's going to make anything decent for a bunch of freeloading libtards?

I'm not sure if it's possible in Android but some iPhone icon packs change the shape of your icons to a circle or something in addition to the new design, so apps that aren't included also change their icon shape to fit in with the rest and it ends up looking cleaner.
