I'd just like to interject for moment. What you're refering to as Windows 10, is in fact, NSA/Windows 10, or as I've recently taken to calling it, NSA plus Windows 10. Windows 10 is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another proprietary component of a fully functioning NSA system made useful by the NSA spyware, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by US central command.

Many computer users run a modified version of the NSA system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of NSA spyware which is widely used today is often called Windows 10, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the NSA spyware, developed by the NSA as part of the PRISM project.

There really is a Windows 10, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Windows 10 is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to spy on the user and send it to the Microsoft servers where they can legally sell it to the NSA and other companies without the consent of the user due to CISA. Windows 10 is an essential part of the spy network, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete surveilance system. Windows 10 is normally used in combination with the NSA system: the whole system is basically NSA with Windows 10 added, or NSA/Windows 10. All the so-called Windows 10 versions are just different versions of NSA/Windows 10.

What are the security and privacy concerns with Windows 10? I'm genuinely asking.

I will always buy Microsoft Windows™ because the future starts now™. Microsoft also pioneers innovative new technologies like DirectX™, Office™, and the highest quality operating system to ever grace computers.
When I boot up with a brand new computer running Microsoft Windows™ with the latest Z chipset powered by Intel™ and latest Nvidia graphics, I can enjoy the games the way they where meant to be played. Microsoft also pioneers in the gaming field with its latest Xbox console to allow gamers to play on their big screens with family and friends.
Microsoft Windows is also very secure. It's the most secure operating system on the planet. It's harden against NSA probes, tested by highly trained and experienced programming engineers to have ever graced this planet. With such innovative security technologies like UAC, Defender, Security Essentials, BitLocker, and Windows Firewall you can ensure all your sensitive data is secured and you're safe on the internet. Microsoft most advanced, and dare say, the most advance web browser on the market, Edge, has decoupled addon support, like flash, to ensure maximum user safety when browsing the web. You can ensure Microsoft™ keeps you safe from the NSA.
At this point in time there's really no reasons to consider Linux. I tried once. It caused my Nvidia graphics to overheat so much due to its poor quality, novice programmed, open source drivers that it exploded and nearly burnt down my house.
It's quite clear that OPs a Linux shill trying to convince you to settle on something less than the optimal experience with Windows. Windows™ is the only real way to play games or do anything productive. We've seen that they offer incredible libraries for software developers like Visual Studio and Microsoft C++ Compiler. He is probably too poor to afford the Microsoft Windows experience and can not afford to play any games.
Don't be a poor gamer with bad security and no drivers. The Future Starts Now with Microsoft Windows

>>

>>
>>52550341
>but you're full of shit
Sure, of course you are right, there's no way people at Microsoft or NSA would sell tracked data just because someone is willing to pay for it, who cares about money in 2016...

If Snowden was able to leak some of the most secret NSA informations, what makes you believe that nobody else is doing the same in secrecy, selling data to foreign governments and what not? you must be quite retarded to believe there're no corrupted people in NSA or even in big corporations like Microsoft.

It's not just about selling informations, people would go throught all your internet life just for curiosity, I know they would because I know I would, if I worked at NSA or in a Microsoft data center.
>>
>>52550461
yeah you just have one problem there

how many windows 10 devices are there? 200m, right?
it's completely unrealistic that they keep all files of everyone until in 10 years from now suddenly they need to blackmail me

that's maybe a possibility but is actually not realistic at all and if you believe that you are beyond hope
>>
>>52547305
>"free"
just wait
>"upgrade"
windows 8.1.1 would've been a better name
>better performance
you mean identical to me 8.1 with maybe a few more of those tricks plebs fall for like hybrid shutdown (which can cause problems if you don't know it's there)
>stronger security
literally how?
>more features
name one since 8.1, and stupid UI shit like the start menu does not count, nor does placebo gimmick crap like cortana
>start menu is back
who cares, start menu has always been stupid as fuck, and restoring something that was purposely removed does not count as an improvement
>supported for life
objectively false, look up the date
>constant improvement
after 6 months not a whole lot has been updated, no problems at all have been fixed and not a single feature of any size has been added
>>
>>52550514
>that's maybe a possibility
It's not just a possibility, it can happen anytime, imagine if Snowden decided to keep his mouth shut and use the informations he collected to make profit from some foreign state, rather than exposing NSA, he could even become a full-time spy and keep leaking data from within, you would not even imagine that it was happening if he didn't expose everything back then, but it's probably happening right now because Snowden wasn't the only one working at NSA, in facts there're thousands who work there.

>is actually not realistic at all

https://gcn.com/articles/2013/06/10/nsa-bumblehive-data-center-capacity.aspx
>4.1 zettabytes

That's a single data center's capacity. Microsoft already has dozens data centers of the same kind all around the world.
