That's my biggest issue with all these code of conducts. They're way too woolly and non-specific to serve any practical use. Honestly any sexualized language is against the CoC? If I say I fucked something up will I be banned? Fuck is a sexual term. If someone writes shit code and I say this code is shit am I banned? It's way to easy to abuse and I think it contributes to a bad atmosphere that would take away normal human interaction based on fear.
I don't have a problem with having a code of conduct but it has to be more specific than what I've seen in most of them. Most of them serve no practical purpose other than to suck out the fun of programming and install a culture of fear. It's not good at all.
