I am wondering which is the best option to run Visual Studio on a mac. I am working on some .NET/UWP project.

Parallels Desktop in Convergence mode.
Seriously, it's fucking amazing. Integrates perfectly with VS, has it's own "VM for IDE" performance mode that is specifically made for development, no mono or anything bullshit like that. Fast and doesn't feel off like many other solutions I've tried.
