Depends if you want quieter or more airflow, since they're just 1850RPM and 2150RPM models. Obviously you wouldn't want to be running them at 100% anyway at those speeds.

Been thinking about getting the Fractal Venturi fans to replace my stock Corsair fans on my cooler

Anyone know if they're worth getting?

At 12V I can hear both these fans making a nooise like you're in a plane high in the sky but much more quieter. Thats the only way I can describe the noise. Its like air passing through.

Sony S-Flex is pretty much the best if your goals are quiet and reliable. I also like Papst F/2GLL, but it's rated for lower MTBF and it is louder.
