How do I make this piece of shit start minimised to tray when I boot up Windows?

I've tried the usual things like dumping a shortcut in shell:startup, choosing Minimised in under Run, etc. The piece of shit won't accept commands like -s/-silent or /s / /silent either.

Make shortcut to outlook. Right click on it then properties then shortcut then change the drop down from "normal window" to "minimized" u dum fuckboi
