Seems legit to me, If the seller has a good rating it should be fine, though if you really are concerned you could probably email them about it

The company is legit, just wondering if the price is appropriate.

Yeah that's a good price mang, I'm looking at refurbished macbook pros here in the US and they go for around $800 to $1000+ always look around though and consider y our options

nothing but.
if you're going with mac, it's the only way to buy them. if it's a macbook, get applecare. it might seem like a waste of money, but you won't regret it when your retarded brother or roommade hits your monitor with a wii-mote or drunkenly spills PBR all over it.

I'm posting from a refurb MacBook right now.
Mine was refurbed by Apple though, I got it straight from their website. It meant I was able to get the 16GB RAM model cheaper than the 8GB RAM model was brand new.
There's no way I could tell it was refurbished when I got it, besides the more spartan packaging. Laptop looked brand new.
I can't say anything for third party refurbishment though. I would just say that Apple official refurbishment is legit so maybe have a look on their official website.
You might not find anything as cheap as you've posted though. At that price range, I would probably recommend getting a Windows laptop to be honest, you'll probably get more bang for your buck, up to you though.

I've never gotten a brand new machine, ever.
I might get a cheap chromebook for libreboot, however.
