I want something semi cheap thats capable of running Netflix and playing videos from a HDD, are there any good pre-built options or is my best bet still building a cheap as fuck PC with XBMC on it?

Nexus player is a piece of shit, Can't even handle 1080p video well and it streams off wifi only. 2.4Ghz wifi is ass for this shit.
TBQH OP, if you got the dosh, just get the new apple tv. Its a great all rounder media box and it has an official plex app which is far better than Kodi imo
