Can you recommend any free tool that can erase permanently and automatically all files in the recyclebin? I just ran a scan on recyclebin with recuva and I was surprised that files I deleted months ago are still restorable. Also a free tool to create disk dumps of any format if you know any, possible a reliable one, I need for backups.

Malwarebytes, Avira, VeraCrypt, Notepad++, Adblock Edge.
For things like LibreOffice or GIMP, the proprietary alternatives are objectively better but not a requirement.
