The answer is no. You won't brick your phone, and as far as I know, there are no negative consequences or risks. I've been ricing for ~2 years.

I've heard C locker is good for lock screens. I prefer Zooper over UCCW.
My only complaint with your screen is that the wallpaper has too much stuff going on and makes it appear a bit cluttered.

Nice rice, only three things bother me.
First is the fact that the AM and January 18 in the otherwise great clock widget stick out to the side. Not sure where you would move them without messing the order though.
Second thing is that the text at the top right of the screen is a little too close to the edge, it should match the distance of the clock widget.

First of all, you need a better font. That one seems generic, neither formal nor informal.
Second of all, there are no strong colours, besides the green, which is still pretty weak. It either needs more contrast or more colour.
Lastly, the icons should be placed directly between the screenfetch and the clock, not closer to the screenfetch.
