this should keep you busy for a while.

Support your developers. Don't leave shit reviews just because you're stupid.
I find many reviewers don't take the time to RTFM, and come off like idiots.
I also find that, many app devs are responsive to suggestions if you aren't a dick about it. your mileage may vary.

You forgot AdAway, Terminal Emulator and Busybox Installer, brah.
>>
>>52473927
Framaroot - for rooting.
SuperSU - installed with Framaroot
Xposed
Rootcloak
Root Explorer
XPrivacy - for permissions.
BusyBox - required by some apps
AdAway - to block all ads in apps and websites
Advanced Download Manager
CheatDroid - for reading/modifying shared prefs
Folder Size Chart
F-Droid - store for open source apps
YouTube Downloader
SetDNS - to set your favourite DNS
ZArchiver - to manage rar/zip etc
tTorrent Lite
SSE - to encrypt files and folders
NicoID
DailyMotion
Veoh
Acrobat Reader
CPU-Z
Firefox - with HTTPS Everywhere and Ghostery
GoKeyboard - like Swiftkey minus the keylogger
MX Player - for videos
Real Calc
Fast Notepad
Music Player - by JRT Studio
Photo Editor - by macgyver
YouTube - the botnet

Some games I like:
Love Live!
Moe Can Change
Fairy Doll

This is what I use, for Framaroot, Xposed and BusyBox you should read guides on XDA Forums, or watch guides on YT. There was an app called Manga Phoenix once in the app store but I think it was removed, it lets you read manga from batoto, if you need it.

Guys, I'm trying to run an app that requires Google Play Services. Is there any app that can simulate it, so the other app thinks I have Google Play Services installed on my phone?
>>
>>52492594
Depends on the app, I think this app probably requires to access your Google account in order to work, what's the app name if you don't mind?
>>
>>52490752
>it's not free
>>
>>52492730
School Idol Festival.
The app doesn't absolute needs any of Google Services, I think. But I guess it tries using them without checking if they're available or not - it crashes just after using the menu a little.

Tried using the same apk in an Moto G with Play Store and it worked flawlessly.
>>
>>52492770
I've it installed too and it requires the Google App Store to update itself, when there're big updates at least. Often it requires to update manually so it probably won't even install without Google Services, though you should disable root before updating because Root Cloak doesn't work with this app, the app automatically checks your phone for root and if it finds it then it will install a dummy update that actually breaks the app (orange screen of death), probably because the devs don't want you to use root to extract the audio tracks from the game files, or to cheat in game.
>>
>>52492851
I actually managed to install it with RootCloak. That being said, you don't need it anymore, there are updated and patches APKs on the Internet that run flawlessly in rooted phones.
>>
>>52492897
when I first installed the app I didn't have Root Cloak and SuperSU yet so I guess the first install doesn't cause troubles even with root, but when I tried updating a few months ago after installing both SuperSU and Root Cloak, I personally experienced the orange screen and the app wouldn't start no matter what I tried and even uninstalling supersu didn't fix the orange screen and I found a post on MAL forums that said it was because of root, I believe the updater fucked with the game files, but after completely uninstalling school idol, reinstalling and updating again, with SuperSU disabled, it worked just fine. Now I've Root Cloak enabled and it works well but I always turn SuperSU off just in case before any new updates that require to use the Google Apps store, I'd rather avoid that thing again, I almost lost my account if it weren't for CheatDroid (I used it to copy my account token and informations).

About the APKs from third parties sites or stores, I don't really trust them that much to be honest, the Love Live app is going to need the store again sooner or later anyway.

Do you guys really find all of these weird apps necessary? Like most of the apps listed here look like they'd be useful maybe once every 2 or so years.

Here's my list which will probably get shit on:

>Google Calendar

>Spotify
>huge selection, high quality, I got a 3 months free deal on New Years Eve, and I'll probably start paying for it soon after because of how convenient it is- no wait time at all when you want to listen to a new song, album, etc

>Quick Pic
>pre-Botnet version, loads faster than default gallery and gives you the option to hide folders

>keep track of your weightlifting sessions

>statistically better sleep, even Apple is going to start doing this

>Lightning browser

the 'weird' apps are just personal preference stuff and tools for power-users.
