Use Framaroot, it's recommended by XDA, it just werks, though Avast says it's a PUP so you have to add an exception for it.

Both KingRoot and KingoRoot work by downloading and running various exploits on your device until it finds one that works. This has a high chance of turning your shiny new toy into a paperweight. Also, KingRoot installs it's retarded chink root app and some other random shit as well. At least KingoRoot doesn't do that, but it still sucks compared to SuperSU or Superuser.
