Clock at the bottom is kind of weird, I've tried it before but could never get it to look right. Other than that, you should remove the botnet bar and notification bar. You can replace the search bar with a Nova action (found under widgets) then assign the Nova action a different icon by holding it, tapping edit, and taping the image. You're going in the right direction.
