You should go on Onhax.net, search KMSpico (or if you want a newer cracking tool, search Re-Loader), downloas and use (needs .net 3.5)
Can confirm that updates work (used it for Windows 10), onhax is also a safe website (used cracks from there for years with no issues)

It's a disc that authorized resellers that refurbish used computers to acceptable levels use with reduced pricing licensing agreements to push MS stuff onto them. It's WORTHLESS without the keys issued by MS. Usually they are issued as stickers that are stuck onto the chassis of the product being refurbished. I have a few at work. It's a good way to get cheap workstations that have little more than netbook functionality but need desktop capability.
