I am almost out of college and I still cant fucking code. I know some basic Java and some Visual Basic. No Android experience, no JEE stuff, no Webdev. What the fuck do I have to learn to get a job? I do know design patterns, algorithms and all the theoretic stuff though.

Work on a project and learn stuff you need for it along the way.
You will definitely have to learn some stuff on your own, and make your own projects to show on a resume/portfolio. Depends on what track you want to go on. There's a million free online resources on how to get into webdev, and the same if you want to get into making Android or iPhone apps. The real problem is you just went through college and nobody taught you what to do to get a jobby.
If you're the kind of lucky person with extremely caring parents: live with them, try to get an internship, and dedicated as much free time as you can to whatever you want to learn.
