once and for all /g/:
transmission or qbittorent?
Qbittorrent
rtorrent
I use utorrent because I'm not an edgelord.
Transmission is pretty basic; but it does just_werk.
qbitorrent has a habit of tanking out routers.
honestly does it even matter?
I used fucking bitcomet for years and it was no different than qbittorent from regular user point of view
all clients get the same job done
also post and rate your latest downloads

qbit
I use Transmission because it's the default in Ubuntu.

>those filesizes
Publicfag pls
>>52436967
shit I've been looking for a good kaguya for a while
>>52436967
I used to download larger file sizes but I'm on contract in another country and I only watch films on my laptop
Back at home I try not to go below 10GB but there I have proper audio setup and 50 inch full hd screen so it makes sense
I never really understood the idea behind private trackers, I mean I can get anything I want from public ones, even big good quality rips. I used to be part of one and it was overall just a huge waste of time. Maybe other people have different experiences.
Windows: qBittorrent or Deluge
Linux: rtorrent and rutorrent
Mac: mastercard or visa

If all you want is mainstream stuff, sure. Plus it's not only about content, private trackers have much better organization, quality control, no YIFI or shady crap, etc. Would you prefer going to a flea market to shop for things instead of a neat convenience store, if both were free?
The 'encrypt data' option in QT-Tranmsision on Windows doesn't hide it properly, I ahd to change to Deluge on Windows to properly encrypt/secure the outgoing and ingoing data stream.
So Deluge.
Qbittorent is worst bittroent client I've ever used.

Flaunting superiority with slighty-larger-than-Scene-filesizes is sad.
Both him and you only need some 5gb shit rips since you watch it on shitty monitor anyway
Transmission is good.
It 'just werks' perfectly

Nice assuming and projecting brah
>>52436933
Source code is a good choice for a weekend movie.
rtorrent on my seedbox
transmission on my desktop
>>52437086
But it's not free, it costs both time and patience dealing with the autistic mini hitler admins and their arbitrary rules. But I guess your NEET time is worthless.
>>52437092
Set it to require instead of prefer.
>>52437165
why do you have any BDs at all then anon? the 20-60GiB size is all placebo senpai :^)
>>52437512
as long as you don't fuck around on the forums or upload shit you wont get banned.
Chrome OS here. I've been switching between Put.io and Bitport.io.
>STALLED
uTorrent 2.2.1 here
deluge
>>52436865
Deluge
>>52437543
Actually you do, if you don't log in regularly enough. Then you get the privilege of BUYING your account back from some shady russin web site. This was torrentleech btw.
>>52437613
...
why the fuck did you not log in, they ban after like, a month of inactivity.
that and most of them have a disabled IRC where you can get your account back you fuckwit.

I have a life afk.
>>52437669
and so do i. if you don't need the site in over a month you probably don't need it at-all.
>>52437530
I set it to require instead of prefer and it still wasn't secured, Deluge instead passes as secure information data stream
>>52436865
transmission if you know what you're doing
qbittorent for everyone else
>qBitorrent's RSS feature always breaking.
>Stopped updating for me completely yesterday.
>>52436865
Transmission-qt is terrible, hence qbit for Windows, Transmission for everything else.
>>52436932
old or new utorrent?
2.2.1
>>52438088
why would you need to know what you are doing for transmission? it feels like it's the easiest torrent client.
>>52436865
transmission
>>52436865
Transmission, i want things simple, i just download a few movies every now and then, it does its work pretty well, i see no reason to change it.

>>52437645

>>52436865

>ftw transmission still doesent have an official windows build
I literally cant be arsed to set up flexget until they do
>>52436967
Hello AHD brother.
Whenever I torrent anything at all, my internet goes down until I reset the router. Is this a torrent client thing or a cuckcast thing?
>>52436933
Using transdrone to connect to deluge. Looking at switching to ruorrent.
I remember when those two vista torrents took over a month to download. I seeded that fucker to a really high ratio. The other day it only took a day to re download. I'm so proud.
Use qBittorrent, just like literally everyone else does.
>>52442499
nobody is stupid enough to use qbittorrent on a private tracker.
