I use ccleaner. It's lightweight, commonly known, updated frequently, and just works.
There aren't really any improvements another program could make over it besides taking up less space.

Disk cleanup works fine and bitbleach can go a bit deeper if you need to for some bizare/autism reason. Registry cleaners are placebo that haven't been needed since Vista and can actually do more harm than good.
