Don't know the brand. But usually small cheap electronics like that are made in china and sold under dozens of brands in different countries.
There are generic radio controllers in hobby stores and they should work. Just bring it with you to the store
Can you put it next to a quarter or something? Based on size it looks like a Cheerson CX-10 or one of the many clones
