I fucking hate Comcast. They are nasty little thieves. I was paying 60 dollars a month for 75mbps download, they raised it to 90 bucks and put on a data cap! Data Cap in 2016! Why! I live in the Hialeah/Miami area, should I go with another ISP and if so which? I would like to pay the same that I've been paying before.
Talked to both(ATT and Comcast) Pricing is literally the same. Fuck them, should I just go with a 4G LTE hotspot?

Does Comcast let you have your own modem? and if you have your own modem does their VOIP/home phone service still work?
