You're retarded. Also, most games don't utilize multiple cores as much as rendering and number crunching software. Most games primarily use the GPU to handle physics and graphics. Thus is why 4 physical cores suffices in all applications paired with a good graphics unit.

The skylake mobo range is a bit weak on ddr4, most boards only seem to support 2133MHz

You will definitely see less improvements by using a mid range card, still doesnt discard the fact that mid range skylake is great and probably best value for money right now.
Dont cheap out on the mobo, take one that OC well, those chips are made for that, even the non K nowadays.
$900 us something like this using all new parts. I don't understand what you want to see for $1500.

To be honest, a PC parts here are a hell of a lot more expensive than the US/ EU.
That rig you built? Same CPU (default cooler though), Gigabyte H150 mobo, 8Gb ram, only the ssd (no HDD) and an R9 380 is pretty much the same price. Pretty much the same price for the case and psu too

Wait for prices to drop and the "can't compute large loads" problem to be fixed. Demand is stupid high for 6600k's and you might as well wait for them to be $100 less than they are now. Also motherboards available for them arn't cheaper than $100 at the moment.
