Good SAR ratings, long battery life and proper notes (yes, I use my dumbphone to note certain things) are all good, but not required.

If you can find a Samsung alias you'll be happy. Full qwerty, dual speakers for music and if I remember right it takes up to 2gb sd card.

Get a windows phone
Its the perfect feature phone, makes calls with great sound quality, you got a good keyboard, a good full html browser and a bigger screen than most plain feature phones. Plus lumia 520 its cheaper or costs as much as a feature phone.
