I found an extremely easy and free way to get unlimited IP's
If you use college wifi you will likely use eduroam. eduroam is an international roaming service for users in research, higher education and further education.
What I discovered is that eduroam gives you a different IP for each device. All you have to do is spoof your MAC and you get a new IP.
Pretty useful 2bh, thought I should share.
