Fedora is gnome's dev OS, but the default font config is shit because of the whole sub-pixel patent thing.

Most of the really good looking desktops in the desktop threads run Arch. It takes some work and it's not for beginners, but you can get a really nice looking OS out of it.

Just install antergos.. it comes with an easy2use installer and you'll be able to choose between a bunch of stuff... The theme can be found in the antergos repo...
sudo pacman -S gtk-theme-arc
