I am currently using Fedora 23 and wish to install VapourSynth. Is there any guide or any tutorial how to install it? I tried doing so but get stuck at compiling Zimg. If I use RPMs of Zimg I find on the internet and then try to compile VapourSynth I get a message that VapourSynth does not find Zimg nonetheless. I tried setting the path by doing a "export ZIMG_LIBS="/usr/local/lib/zimg" but still get the same error. I'd be glad if someone knows how to compile VapourSynth under Fedora 23.

I want to interpolate my animes to 60fps. Motion interpolation is only available through VapourSynth as it seems. VapourSynth is like AVISynth for Windows.
