My IQ is above the 99th percentile, and even I recognize something like this would be catastrophic for everyone.
Losing 90% of people, no matter what exclusive traits they share, would not be good for anyone.
Maybe start by losing the lowest 1% in the developed world over at least five years.
Or not, because really people with higher IQs are not inherently better than those without.
