Is it possible to make a silent build with FX 6300 or FX 8320?

Is it possible to make a silent build with FX 6300 or FX 8320? I have an AM3+ MB.

"No."

8350 here my pc is silent. Hyper 212 and I'm using some generic shit fans I got from microcenter. One fan on cooler and two in tower. I get 13-16 Celsius in Speccy on idle so I know its standard temp. Key thing is fans.

This.
I have an FX 6300 with the Hyper 212 and is silent as fuck.

I don't think you guys know what "silent" means.

Pick one.
Also how nice of you to resort to ad hominems right away, saves me the trouble of this whole internet debate bullshit.

Unless you're op quit talking to me loser and if you are op why ask if you only accept one answer to a yes/no question?

I'm not the one who doesn't know what "silent" means.

>>
>>52357638
if you downclock, sure
>>
>>52357638
sure. Keep stock clocks (or even underclock a little), buy beefy cooler and undervolt it as much as possible.

And if you don't mean "passive", it should be even easier. My [email protected] is pretty silent with big twin-tower cooler.
>>
>>52357927
>i think "silent" means passive!
>i disagree!
>YOU FUCKING INTEL SHILL
welp
>>
>>52359295

It's not your fault your brain is about to collapse because people confirm AMD can run quiet/silent. You've just been shilling for Intel too long.
>>
>>52357820
Fans can be silent in the right configuration and case.
>>
Silence is all about cooling. You can cool anything silently.
Or at least very quietly.

Not even one Neppost.

I have to do everything for you, /g/.
>>
>>52357638
You could undervolt and underclock them slightly and slap a beefy tower cooler on them, like a Thermalright Macho with a 140 mm fan. Should have no problem cooling your CPU while not being all that audible, especially if you set a fan curve.
>>
>>52357638
You'll need a snow cooler for that

But [pic related] represents the PC-Engine [TurboGrafx-16], not PC

Silent =/= Passive. If he wanted passive cooling he would have said that idiots, he just wants it not to rape his ears. A 212 EVO would be decent enough for that.
