Valve has pissed me off to no end with how finicky srcds has gotten. What used to be a fairly simple process turned in a clusterfuck that barely works. After not having touched it for a while, I needed to host some maps for CS:GO and decided to throw up a server.

Ports are forwarded properly, other services work (SSH, Mumble, webserver, Minecraft, etc.), srcds shows up as listening under netstat, and I can connect through LAN.

However, connecting over the internet doesn't work (quits after 30 retries). What the fuck is happening?

First of all public keys are mostly used of encrypt keys for symmetric encryption to send securely over a network (see ssl, tls, pgp)
Second of all, no, breaking an encryption is hard by design. Guessing the private key from public key is np complete. And bruteforcing an encrypted file is impossibly difficult. Assuming standard encryption parameters were used.

When testing a boolean value you don't need "== false". Use the "!" when needed.
What you should be doing is returning "IsScoreUpdatedByGoalShot" directly.
So your code is OK but most of it is unnecessary.

the bearing is the limiting factor for exceeding the voltage rating in short bursts (rpm is the real limiting factor but that won't be exceeded at the rated voltage). it could spontaneously disassemble at even 110% rating if your motor is cheap chinese shit. keep that in mind. if your motor has adequate load then that probably won't happen, it'll just start to overheat.

I’m on Debian Jessie with fluxbox 1.3.5 as WM and have xrandr 1.4.2 installed. My laptop has a 1280x800 monitor and the external monitor has a resolution of 1280x1024. I’d like to setup X such that each monitor (or `output´) shows an image with a resolution of 1024x768 (without scaling to physical size) and that together they form one continuous screen with a resolution of 2048x768; by continuous I mean that by maximizing an application window it should span across both monitors (each of them showing one half of the window).
I hope I got the vocabulary right.

Thanks in advance.

the program source code won't help you unless there is some fatal flaw in its design

the key generation process involves using random data, the source code of the program doesn't contain nor reveal what that random data could have been

If you use firefox 43.x, go to about:config and set xpinstall.signatures.required to false.

I recently built a new computer and tried to install windows 7 on it. As I don't have an optical drive, what I did is boot under linux, create a virtual machine that does HDD passthrough with the drive I wanted to install windows on and install windows. It went fairly well but when I try to reboot natively under windows my peripherals (mouse, keyboard) do not work, thus I can't install my drivers. I tried to install some of the drivers using the virtualbox method I just explained but to no avail. Does anybody have a solution in mind ?

When playing /some/ system-intensive games, my PC tends to shut down either mid-game, or ~ an hour after I'm done gaming. After it has shutdown it won't boot back up again unless I either turn the PSU on/off several times, or wait several hours.

Second problem is that when I turn off the PC, but I don't disconnect the power socket from the wall, it will randomly turn on again a few hours later but the PC will fail to boot. After this happens the clock displays the time at which the PC turned on, but failed to boot.

I'm 80% sure it's a PSU issue, but are there any other possibilities?

Think of it like this;
You really want to get into streaming on twitch, because muh gaming monies. To make the best experience for you and your viewers, you want to make sure you can play games, AND see what the stream looks like, as well as what your watchers are saying. To do this, you're going to want 2 monitors. Because it looks like an OS was installed on the drive. You need to change the partition type using diskpart, or clean all partitions and then I think you can allocate the entire space.
>>
>>52355027
>My laptop freezes completely if the screen is moved enough while in use. By enough I mean even accidental movement. A hard reset is required to use it again.

If the screen stays on, its likely nothing with the screen. Can confirm, if you remove the HDD even for a split second the PC will hard lock and the screen will stay on. I can't see moving the screen doing this unless the chassis itself is bending slightly when the screen moves causing a disconnect somewhere.

Only other thing I can think of is maybe something is making metal to metal contact when the screen moves and its causing it to lock up? Would be a long shot.

Hey /g/, I wanted some more opinions on this since class starts tomorrow.

I'm an ex aero fag who is changing majors to mechanical just for a little more job security. The mech path requires you to take either physics III or Computer Data Structures.

Which one should I take? I think I'd learn more in physics III even though the reputation is that it is hard as nails at my uni, but I wonder if I would benefit from it that much, and if data structures are something I could easily learn on my own.
