There is no such thing as a real daz loader. all of them are malware where you are cucked to join and give information to some advertisement scam.

This is completely false, you must not have searched well enough. There's legitimate versions all over the major torrent trackers.
As for your question OP, yes its possible. There's a few different ways to go about it.....Because you're using Daz loader and not RemoveWAT, you should be able to upgrade straight to Windows 10 and keep your activation. If this doesn't work, research Windows 10 phone activation. There are other ways to accomplish activation, but IMO this is easiest. You could use MS Toolkit too but it doesn't seem to work on all machines.

Yes, if you're trying to install fresh just use Windows toolkit or kmspico though with the normal ISO. You can just skip the product key step
