You don't need to. The college acceptance rates are higher then ever, the graduation rates are high than ever. The job market is about is wide open as any other stem Field and has a better pay scale than most from what I've seen.

Go to the colleges and force the students into degree plans for the tech industry. Take the freedom of choice from them and tell them that because the generations of the past did not choose to equally diversify their majors to the social standards of today that their freedom of choice is here by moot and you have to become qualified to work in the stem fields that need more diversity in order to appease the falsity that is social justice.
