There's this smartphone application that behaves like a two-way radio. You connect to a channel number, and talk to whoever is on the other end. I really like the idea of sharing the channel number on a message board and talking to people from all over the world. It is really interesting talking to anons IRL. The application is called 'Two Way: Walkie Talkie' and is available for Android and iOS.
I'm just wondering what you think about this from a privacy standpoint, and is it of interest to you personally. I've talked to about a dozen 4chan anons this week from many different countries. I love it.
I'm also wondering if you are able to offer a better solution to talking with anons from 4chan.
There's an irc channel on rizon some of us use. Just connect with a different nick than normal and don't register it, so it's kinda anonymous-ish

Be aware the app is fairly buggy and you should expect it to crash on occasion. Force-stopping and re-entering the app usually provides a solution.
Be conscious that others may be listening to your conversation. Be careful what you say - don't reveal your exact address or anything like that.

Anonymous skype... In the 80s kids also did this by calling certain numbers that were not in use. It would play a tape with "this number is not in use" once in a while, but you could speak to whoever other people also was calling that number. Which was also free because it was not a number in use. kids used to do that quite a lot before the internet. It even became so popular that the phone company made it a service to get cash without the "this number is not in use" and made it impossible to do it the old way.
People was all "How can we let the children talk to strangers!" until the internet came
