i've been using duckduckgo non stop for a year now. i gotta say the bangs are god damn useful.
yes, it returns less accurate results than google. it's also primitive and the crawler is far slower to update than google. however it does not create an advertisement profile based on your every search or click, doesn't remove search results because of copyright violation complaints. and unlike google, it doesn't misuse the ranking algorithm to shill its own products (google+, youtube, playstore).
the android app is shite though.
