Opening any steam windows from the taskbar icon takes really long, but it opens instantly from the notification area icon,
The program works fine otherwise.
What causes this? Makes no sense to me, never happened with anything.

Both have ssds, this one even has steam on the ssd while my main pc has it on a hard drive.
