VR is technology anon, not all of us are playing gaymes on it.
How do you expect us to fuck our 3d waifus if we don;t have VR headsets?
>have you bought one of these?
>No? Then FUCK YOU
lel
I have an r7 370. Maybe I could just grab another one and call it a day?
>>52259064
Not a chance. 370 is awful m8.
>my 4 year old 290 scores higher in 3DMark than a brand spankin new 970
lmao

VR effective resolution is 3k. A 960 isn't powerful enough nor can 960 owners afford vr.
i just bought a 980 ti and now i feel bad because of the 'vr ready' thing.
last time i bought something that was labeled as 'ready', it was an 'hd ready' tv, which was one of the worst purchases i made, since only a few months later 'full hd' was the big thing. they were hyping up outdated technology and i fell for it.
now you're telling me my card is only 'vr ready'? i bet pascal will bring 'full vr' or some shit and everyone who bought a card before that will get fucked.

That depends entirely on the application/game used.
I have a 4790k and a 390x, so I should be able to do some vr.
That being said I won't bother until prices are reasonable, it's been tested and improved a few cycles, and there is much more content and support.
Probably in a few years.

>AMD

A 980 ti is still the second most powerful gpu only after the $1000 Titan x.

VR is shit anyways and or a meme
>>52259293
VR is like cumming for the first time
>>52259308

>>52258753
Fuck you
>memecard
>i5 4690
yeah I'm ready
I'll preorder if I can. Probably not tomorrow, though. Depends on the price, as well. I'm guessing/hoping it'll be 400$, but it might be more, seeing as how Palmer's been making a point to temper price expectations.
