Are 4 threads enough? What is bettter between 8320 and i5 haswell?
For gaming, Intel is better. If you use applications that can actually take advantage of the 8320 it might be worth it.

Stoppu
I have an 8350 and the single thread performance is much worse than an i5 that was half the price at the time.
For rendering, etc. it's decently better but the loss of performance for most applications is not worth it.

An i5 sandy bridge is better in 90% of use cases.
I just like fully unlocked product lines, so I buy AMD.

Neptune runs on a sixth generation multi bio chip operating at 512.16THz. Using an ecology core unit, it's able to form appropriate pathways. This ecology core unit becomes capable of forming better pathways as you run a variety of software. It is recommended that you do not use energy drinks and toppings to increase the clock speed.
Is there a difference between single channel vs quad channel RAM for a PC used for just shitposting, picture editing and gaming?

It'll only make a difference if you use integrated graphics. Otherwise, the extra bandwidth doesn't matter.

Intel chips are bandwidth limited, AMD chips are not.
