First. Why have you crossed things out. What do you have hide anon?
Second. Does what you crossed out in the bottom corner of the say something like 'this is not a legitmate copy of windows?'
because if the trial period has run out you reset it in cmd.exe. use the SLMGR command.
Third. Ctrl + Scrollwheel changes icon size.
