>Last release was in 2013
Is Slackware dead?
>>52237025
Yeah
Yeah
>>52237025
no, it's our last hope against Systemd

>only has one devoper
wtf did you expect?
>>52237025
Just use -current and you are set.
>>52237025
Yeah
>>52237025
>if it's not "cutting edge" it's dead
I am so fucking tired of Archniggers.
God fuck I know. I have no idea what's taking Patrick so long.
But it still gets updates like normal and I think they even have KDE 5 in the current branch... I guess its technically become a rolling release distro because of the developers' laziness to make a new ISO.
>>52237025
How about asking your retarded question to Pat himself huh ?
Too afraid of showing your autism ?
>>52237126
I don't use arch but no updates in 2 years isn't a great sign.
He used be able to do multiple updates in a single year, and I can get someone getting busier as they get older, but even then he was averaging at least one update a year.
Post >yfw Pat uses Systemd in the next release
>>52237152
Eric is releasing a snapshot every months.
And I'm OK with that.
>>52237126
Fuck off retard. If it's for servers then use it for servers. Arch and Ubuntu is the only choice for desktops.
>>52237188
>>52237152
That must be why it's called Slackware, am i right?
>>52237188
Time to learn *BSD !
>>52237201
>not Debian
gtfo nigger
>>52237201
There's been no new arch iso since 2012 so I guess that's dead too right???
>>52237216
>>52237220
Yeah but systemd is basically just a BSD-like init system anyway.
>>52237242

https://www.archlinux.org/download/
>>52237244
>Yeah but systemd is basically just a BSD-like init system anyway
Try harder next time. This is so bogus I can't even get upset by it.
>>52237025
No it isn't it just takes time for a whole new release to be put all together
>>52237240
