Just swapped the old ram for the new (linked), won't boot, no beep and shutdown cycle every 15 seconds, try old ram, still giving the same result, won't boot.

check that you pushed it in far enough. Sometimes it can be a bitch and you should may want to use enough force that it feels like you will crack the motherboard.

OP, make sure your mobo speaker is plugged in properly. Now take out all ram and boot, if it does not give beep commands your mobo is fucked or is not recieving power.

Most likely power supply is dead, I've seen this behavior many times, try with another power supply, also is worth trying to remove the video card and try to boot without it...you know...basic PC troubleshooting steps...newfag.
