Unless you run a server, virtual machine, or photo or video editing software, you don't need 16gb of ram, and ssd cache is too small
If you want to not be a fag, get something like an i7 4790k or something equivalent, with the right processor socket.

I currently have a 6870 and it's a bit rusty. I mostly play online gaymes like WoW & Path of Exile or other autism grinds and I'm stuck between 960 4gb or r9 380 4gb

First off OP,
Your gonna need a better processor. Also that amount of RAM is unneeded. I would recommend 8 GB of RAM and upgrading your processor to at least a AMD FX 6350 or 8320. Also a audio card? Save money, don't buy it. Graphics card is a good. Also just buy a normal 1TB hard drive and buy a 120 GB SSD for booting wangblows.

I tried playing bf4 when i had a 4300. Shit was always at 100% usage. Spent a little extra on a 8350 and now it never goes over 60%.
