Well, as someone already pointed out, the text in OP is hex, divided in bytes to be precise. ASCII text can be decoded to hex and hex can be encoded back to ASCII.

I'm not professional coder either but since I was learning rev. engineering I decided to test out some things and ended up making encryption games, if you're good with scripts then you are already a step ahead, the 3rd game I prepared was encrypted manually because I don't have experience yet with scripting, it was kinda a pain but it was fun too.
