1TB WD, 250Gb Wd, 250Gb Samsung SSD
(Crappy Mobo for Amd cpus)
CX430 PSU
Corsair 200R (something like that)
16Gb ram
I will keep the Hard Drives, ram and Fans from the case but i want to upgrade everything else
Im looking too play Most games on High-Ultra settings
My games such as GTAV and Arma3 always freeze for some reason, will I be able to play them all on High/Ultra with this setup?
I am also on a budget of 600$-700$ so if you of anything that is better/Sort of same preformance for cheaper I would be glad to hear.
I also am looking for a really big case to fit everything in, I am not great with wire Management so extra space in the back would be great.

if you're only having videogame problems, save your money and just upgrade the GPU.
and what do you mean, freeze? like they just lock up and crash? That could be any of the components on your system. Most likely the gpu, so just start there, since you should probably upgrade it anyway.
The easy rule to PC upgrading is:
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Your cpu is likely performing just fine, so theres really no reason to replace it right now. Same with your psu and case.

First and foremost is to find out what causes the problem. Then work your way up to fixing it.

PSU can probally stay but isnt Modular
The Freezes are likely from a lot of things but i have tested it and believe its most likely the GPU, besides its time for me to upgrade.

Here. Be done with it. Sell your stuff(ram/cpu/gpu/mobo).
You can overclock the CPU on this when needed. The cooler will do fine for that. If you don't intend on overclocking right now, remove the watercooler and stock fan it.
