Hi /g/, I've seen benchmarks of the r7 370 vs r9 270x and 270x seems to win in most of the tests. But in some recent games, r7 370 outperforms the 270x which seems like it'd be more future-proof.. Which one do you think it's better?

Had the same issue after upgrading from my 6870 to a recent model. Switched to Nvidia now and everything just werks. I hate myself for it though because price ratio is good on most AMD cards
Just got an R9 390 and FX-8350 and new 650 PSU and Fallout 4 runs like Piss with godrays off, skyrim barely hits 30 in city interiors, anybody know why? I can only really imagine that it might be the fact I only have 8 GB of ram

Hey OP I see your concern is being future proof. I would go with the R3-370. It's 100% DX12 compatible and you will see better numbers with dx12 games. Stay away from nvidia. Those cards don't handle hardware based asynchronous computing so they wont see much improvement in dx12. Enjoy.

look up the 650ti boost on ebay it beats the 750it and 950 at almost everything i play bf4 at utla 1080 close to 60fps and they sell for $75 used
