Yep. If no one's downloading there's no one to upload to. And if you jump on old freeleech odds are other people are going to out seed you, but you might get nibbles.

Depending how large the torrent is you just have to seed for a specified amount of time.
So on a 40GB torrent you might have to seed for a week or two.
On smaller files like 5GB, you might only have to seed 48-72 hours.
However, if you have a 150GB torrent that requires a month of seedtime, if you happen to upload 150GB in the first 2 days, you can stop seeding before the time limit because you have seeded it back to 1:1.
So you can EITHER seed to 1:1, OR just seed for a set amount of time.
Grab lots of freeleech content, the more you are seeding, the more likely someone will leech from you and give you upload credit.

It won't add itself to your private torrent, just don't do it manually. To cross seed just download the files elsewhere and remove the torrent, then stop the torrent you want to cross seed and move the files where it expects them to be and do a force recheck.

as long as the folder name and layout are all the same it should be fine, and if you are downloading a specific groups release, it should be the same format, but it's good to double check or you'll just end up downloading 2 copies of the same thing.

What is exactly is the difference between "Gazelle" and "non-Gazelle" when it comes to the vidya trackers, and which is preferred? Do I really have to wait until either tracker randomly decides to open up registration?
