You can't... Only way is to avoid connecting to the internet. If you try to block it with firewalls, host file and so on it will not work and will render your computer useless. You will also not get access to security updates but you WILL be exposed to the dangers.
Use windows 10 for gaming and linux for everything else. You can dual boot, it is literally just checking a box during linux installation (always backup before you install a OS just in case) and then you can choose either windows or linux when you start your computer.
