I am in serious need of a laptop, but I can only spend $200 on a computer. What's the best computer I can get for that price?
Craigslist, ebay, anything goes. I live in Europe. Can stretch the price to 250$ if it really is a bargain.

Ebay. Thinkpads are going to be your best bet at that pricepoint. HP Elitebooks and Dell Latitudes are good too.

Asus x205ta eBook. 12hr screen on, crazy good standby time, only 20gb of storage, but micro SD expandable. About ~$150 USD brand new. Been my main driver for 6 months, still awesome. It's very portable and can play games like Garry's mod and Tf2 with medium settings.

What all do you plan to do with it?

This, OP. You can't beat a used or refurbished business laptop.

The best you will get is probably something 4-6 years behind current, obviously refurbished.
Entry level current models start at $280+
